This gift is for an avid 11 year old reader from my kid's school who also happens to be my LO's reading buddy. the first time, i received my order before time, however, there was a printing error. I flagged it and Deborah was kind enough to acknowledge and send the replacement. I have given 2 stars to the customer service as I had to chase her frequently on the replacement. She said she posted 1st class, but I did not receive it for more than a week and eventually I lost the window of gifting. I would appreciate if the seller is prompt in replying and not keep the buyers pondering. I have liked the product but I am not sure, if I would like to buy from this shop in future due to poor customer service.
